I bought our Buick Enclaves/Encore at another dealership, but have always taken the vehicles for service to Doral Buick. Their Service Department is great (Saturday schedule works perfectly for me) and Benny Perera is excellent. I am sure the rest of the service advisors are professional like him, but I always ask and deal with Benny. I recently took one of the cars for a recall and to get the A/C fixed and he took care of everything as always. Benny is an asset to Doral Buick.

Benny was very attentive and courteous. He was prompt, very patient with me and explained the service my car needed and even offered a courtesy shuttle service that would drop me off at home and pick me up when the car was ready. I was very impressed with this service. The shuttle driver, Michael was also extremely professional. The entire process went very smoothly and my car was ready for pickup before expected. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new on the inside and outside... the courtesy car wash was very detailed. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely return to see Benny at Doral Buick for my next service.

Came in today for service on my used 2008 Acadia. This is my first time here to this dealer (amazing customer service by the way). I made a few phone calls (to several autonation dealers, which is where the car was purchased) to which gave me run around answers about how their service department was a four to five hour wait and most likely a day hold. Which I found to be absurd. Plus it made me feel they did not want me to go. I called this dealer and their response to me was what every service department should respond with. So I was sold. When arriving i was greeted by BENITO PERERA (aka Benny) a service associate. He was polite, treated me like a human being and treated me as if I had purchased the car from their dealership. This felt great. He called the mechanic who handles the diagnostics for the vehicles and I was in luck, he had the time to pinch me in for the hour. My car was fixed and ready. I was amazed by the customer service and how well they treat the new customers.. Benny you have a forever customer! Thank you!!

I took my Buick Encore to be checked and Benny was there to provide a great service, the battery was replaced under the guaranty. In and out on less than 35 minutes. He is very nice and the dealer is excellent, obviously I've become a loyal customer.

Benny is by far the best service advisor I have dealt with. Always ready to help. Benny made a life long customer. I have had poor experiences with other dealers, but Benny has been great.
